These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of TailorShift, available at tailorshift.co. By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to these Terms.

2. Service Description
TailorShift is a B2B SaaS platform for luxury recruitment. The platform provides:
- Talent matching: an algorithmic engine evaluating candidate-opportunity fit across multiple dimensions
- Talent profiles: structured professional profiles for luxury sector candidates
- Recruiter tools: search, filtering, and match management
- Brand portals: interfaces for luxury brands to manage recruitment
TailorShift is designed for professional use. It is not a consumer job board.
3. Account Creation and Responsibilities
3.1 Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old with legal capacity to enter a binding agreement. If acting on behalf of an organization, you represent authority to bind it.
3.2 Account Security
- Provide accurate information during registration
- Maintain confidentiality of your credentials
- You are responsible for all activity under your account
- Notify contact@irbis.fr immediately if you suspect unauthorized access
3.3 Authentication
Sign-in is available via email/password or third-party providers (Google, LinkedIn, Apple). By using a provider, you authorize us to access the profile information described in our Privacy Policy.
4. Acceptable Use
You must not:
- Misrepresent your identity, qualifications, or affiliation
- Scrape, harvest, or extract data through automated means
- Reverse-engineer the platform, algorithms, or technology
- Interfere with operation, security, or infrastructure
- Upload defamatory, discriminatory, or illegal content
- Share credentials with unauthorized individuals
- Use matching data for non-recruitment purposes
- Circumvent access controls or security measures
5. Intellectual Property
5.1 Platform License
You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the platform for its intended purpose.
5.2 Your Content
You retain ownership of uploaded content (CVs, job descriptions, profiles). You grant TailorShift a limited license to process, store, and analyze it for matching purposes. This license terminates when you delete your content or close your account.
5.3 Feedback
Suggestions or feedback may be used by TailorShift without restriction or compensation.
6. Limitation of Liability
6.1 Availability
The platform is provided "as is" without guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free access.
6.2 Matching Results
Matching scores are decision-support tools, not guarantees. We do not guarantee accuracy of results, hiring outcomes, or user quality.
6.3 Liability Cap
Total aggregate liability shall not exceed fees paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
6.4 Force Majeure
We are not liable for failures caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control.
7. Data Protection
Personal data is processed per our Privacy Policy. Data is EU-hosted, GDPR compliant, with human oversight on algorithmic matching.
8. Termination and Data Export
8.1 By You
Close your account anytime via contact@irbis.fr or account settings.
8.2 By TailorShift
We may terminate for breach, 24-month inactivity, or if service becomes impracticable. Reasonable notice provided except for severe breach.
8.3 Data Export
You have 30 days after closure to export your data (JSON or CSV). After this period, data is deleted per our retention policy.
9. Applicable Law
Governed by the laws of France.
10. Dispute Resolution
Parties agree to attempt good-faith resolution first. If unresolved, disputes go to the competent courts of Paris, France.
Changes to These Terms
Material changes communicated 30 days before effect via email or in-platform notification.
